The stay was comfortable, with clean and cozy rooms that made our trip enjoyable. The breakfast offered a nice variety, which was perfect for our kids. However, the water pressure in the shower was really low, which made it difficult to rinse off quickly. Overall, it was a decent experience, especially since we could easily walk to nearby restaurants for meals.

Just stayed for a night. The crew was super friendly and check-in was a breeze. I got to snag my room early! Loved the Dove products in the bathroom, made it super nice. Only bummer was the bathroom wasn’t scrubbed well enough. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pancake maker! Can't believe I had 4 pancakes!

Free parking and breakfast added great value, but waiting for the elevator on the fifth floor was frustrating, often compounded by housekeeping carts taking up space. Additionally, the bathroom setup was cramped and poorly lit, which detracted from the overall comfort. While the breakfast was decent, I wouldn't choose this place again due to these issues.

Our family had a wonderful time visiting the stunning Big Sur, where we hiked among breathtaking waterfalls and towering redwoods. The hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Our daughter loved the pool after our adventures!

My kids wished for better soundproofing between rooms. It was a bit noisy at times, especially late at night with other guests in the courtyard. A simple improvement like thicker doors would really help families enjoy their stay more.

I loved the early check-in and the amazing Dove products in my room, making my stay even more enjoyable as I strolled just under 1 km to Seaside State Beach and explored Laguna Grande Regional Park nearby for a refreshing walk amongst nature.
